Subject of the Contract, Conclusion and Place of Performance<\/h2><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">1.1 Subject of the Contract<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: <strong>GTC<\/strong>) govern the contractual relationship between <strong>Bonny Washy Kft.<\/strong> (registered office: 4032 Debrecen, B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fat 182., mailing address: 4032 Debrecen, B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fat 182., hereinafter: <strong>Service Provider<\/strong>) and the natural or legal person using the laundry services provided by the Service Provider (hereinafter: <strong>Customer<\/strong>).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The subject of the contract is the professional <strong>laundry services<\/strong> provided by the Service Provider within the framework of BonnyWashy Laundry, which include:<\/p><ul><li>washing,<\/li><li>ironing,<\/li><li>washing and ironing combined,<\/li><li>dry cleaning,<\/li><li>shoe cleaning,<\/li><li>carpet cleaning.<\/li><\/ul><p> These services may cover household textiles, clothing, footwear, home textiles, and other textile-based products. The Service Provider undertakes to clean these items professionally and return them to the Customer after processing.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">1.2 Conclusion of the Contract<\/h3><p> The contract between the Service Provider and the Client is concluded when:<\/p><ul><li>the Client orders the service by phone, e-mail, via the website, or in person,<\/li><li>the Service Provider accepts and confirms the order,<\/li><li>the Service Provider takes receipt of the items subject to the service, and a written document (service ticket, delivery note) is issued confirming the receipt.<\/li><\/ul><p> By placing the order, the Client accepts all of the terms and conditions of these \u00c1SZF.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">1.3 Place of Performance of the Service<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">The service shall be performed exclusively at the Service Provider\u2019s laundry premises: <strong>4032 Debrecen, B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fat 182.<\/strong><\/p><p> Washing, ironing, drying, and quality control are carried out at the above-mentioned premises. The Service Provider has the necessary technology, equipment, and qualified staff for these processes.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">1.4 Pickup and Return Service<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">The Service Provider offers a door-to-door <strong>logistics service<\/strong> in Debrecen and its surrounding areas to facilitate the transport of the items.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">This includes the <strong>pickup<\/strong> of soiled textiles, garments, and footwear at the address provided by the Client, as well as their <strong>return<\/strong> after processing. It is important to note that this serves exclusively a logistical function and is not the place of performance of the service.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">1.5 Form and Documentation of the Contract<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>service ticket<\/strong> (or delivery note) prepared at the time of ordering contains the basic contract data, such as:<\/p><ul><li>the Service Provider\u2019s details,<\/li><li>the date and identifier of the order,<\/li><li>the type of service,<\/li><li>the description and quantity of the items received,<\/li><li>the price, the deadline, comments and observations.<\/li><\/ul><p> This document serves to certify the undertaking and acceptance of the service.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">1.6 Scope of these General Terms and Conditions (\u00c1SZF)<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">These General Terms and Conditions enter into force upon publication on the website\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bonnywashy.hu\/en\/general-terms-and-conditions\/\" target=\"_self\">https:\/\/bonnywashy.hu\/altalanos-szerzodesi-feltetelek\/<\/a>\nand shall remain in effect for an indefinite period. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify them; however, for orders already accepted, the version in force on the day of the order shall apply.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"aszf-2\"><h2 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">2. The Services and Their Detailed Description<\/h2><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">2.1 Scope of Services Provided by the Service Provider<\/h3><p>The Service Provider exclusively provides the following services, which the Client may avail of on an individual order basis:<\/p><ul><li> <strong>Washing (machine textile cleaning)<\/strong><ul><li>Price: 1,950 HUF\/kg<\/li><li>Minimum: 2 kg<\/li><li>Contents: color sorting, pre-treatment, machine washing, drying<\/li><li>Completion deadline: 24 hours<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li> <strong>Ironing (heat treatment, steaming)<\/strong><ul><li>Price: 1,950 HUF\/kg<\/li><li>Minimum: 2 kg<\/li><li>Contents: steaming, smoothing, ironing<\/li><li>Completion deadline: 24 hours<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li> <strong>Washing and ironing combined<\/strong><ul><li>Price: 2,450 HUF\/kg<\/li><li>Minimum: 2 kg<\/li><li>Contents: comprehensive textile treatment<\/li><li>Completion deadline: 24 hours<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li> <strong>Dry cleaning<\/strong><ul><li>Price: per garment (e.g., skirt: 2,950 HUF, suit: 7,950 HUF, wedding dress: 20,000 HUF)<\/li><li>Only for garments labeled \u201cP\u201d<\/li><li>Completion deadline: 48\u201372 hours<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li> <strong>Shoe cleaning<\/strong><ul><li>Price: 3,950 HUF\/pair, from 3 pairs: 3,450 HUF\/pair<\/li><li>Cleanable materials: leather, synthetic leather, nubuck, textile<\/li><li>Additional services: deodorizing, color refreshing<\/li><li>Completion deadline: 48\u201372 hours<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li> <strong>Carpet cleaning<\/strong><ul><li>Price: 2,950 HUF\/m\u00b2<\/li><li>The fee includes door-to-door delivery.<\/li><li>Completion deadline: 72\u201396 hours<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">The current price list is available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/bonnywashy.hu\/en\/services\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/bonnywashy.hu\/hu\/szolgaltatasok\/<\/a><\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">2.2 Turnaround Times and Scheduling<\/h3><p>The Service Provider endeavors to complete the orders by the deadline specified on the service ticket or in the confirmation.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Debrecen and its surrounding area:<\/strong><\/li><ul><li>Standard deadline (private individuals): 24 hours (washing, ironing, washing + ironing)<\/li><li>Dry cleaning, shoe and carpet cleaning: 48\u201396 hours<\/li><li>For corporate partners: based on an individual agreement.<\/li><\/ul><li><strong>Other locations (e.g., Budapest):<\/strong><\/li><ul><li>The completion deadline may vary depending on the delivery distance and logistical possibilities.<\/li><li>The delivery time is always added to the standard completion deadline.<\/li><li>The exact deadline is always agreed upon and confirmed with the Customer during direct communication.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><p>The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the deadlines in case of force majeure, peak holiday periods, transportation disruptions, or deliveries to more distant locations.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">2.3 Modification and Suspension of Services<\/h3><p>The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the scope, conditions, prices and turnaround times of the services. Confirmed orders already in effect shall not be affected by such modifications.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">2.4 Conditions for Acceptance of the Service<\/h3><p>The Service Provider may refuse to undertake the service if:<\/p><ul><li>the textile is heavily soiled, foul-smelling, or poses an infection risk,<\/li><li>there is no care (KRESZ) label on it, or the material cannot be identified,<\/li><li>the Client does not accept the terms and conditions of the service,<\/li><li>the condition of the material or product does not permit safe cleaning.<\/li><\/ul><p>In such cases, the Service Provider\u2019s staff shall inform the Client of the reason for the refusal.<\/p>\n\t \n\t <h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">2.5 Express Wash \u2013 Surcharge<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Service Provider offers, in addition to the regular queue, <strong>urgent (express) processing<\/strong>, during which the submitted textiles are <strong>processed immediately and on a priority basis<\/strong>. The process is completed within a maximum of <strong>24 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The fee for express processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n <li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Washing:<\/strong> base price + <strong>20% surcharge \/ kg<\/strong><\/li>\n <li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Washing and ironing:<\/strong> base price + <strong>20% surcharge \/ kg<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Important conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n <li class=\"translation-block\">We only undertake it with <strong>written confirmation<\/strong> (email\/order acceptance note).<\/li>\n <li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Not applicable<\/strong> to dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, or carpet cleaning.<\/li>\n <li class=\"translation-block\">In case of a delay due to our own error, we <strong>waive the surcharge and refund 10% of the fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t <\/section><section id=\"aszf-3\"><h2 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3. Order Process, Record-Keeping and Return<\/h2><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3.1 Ordering Method<\/h3><p>The Client may initiate the laundry service by any of the following means:<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">Online via the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonnywashy.hu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">bonnywashy.hu<\/a> website<\/li> <li>By phone<\/li> <li>By e-mail<\/li> <li>In person at the Service Provider\u2019s premises<\/li><li>By e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@bonnywashy.hu\">info@bonnywashy.hu<\/a><\/li><li>By phone: +36 20 555 6605<\/li><li>In person: 4032 Debrecen, B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fat 182.<\/li><li>With door-to-door delivery, based on prior arrangement.<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3.2 Receipt and Preliminary Assessment<\/h3><p>The service is contingent upon quantitative and qualitative acceptance:<\/p><h4 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive; font-size: 20px;\">3.2.1 Quantitative Acceptance<\/h4><ul><li>It is carried out per item or per kilogram.<\/li><li>The quantity is recorded on the service ticket.<\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive; font-size: 20px;\">3.2.2 Qualitative acceptance<\/h4><ul><li>Condition of the material, degree of soiling, defects.<\/li><li>Material composition and care instructions (care label)<\/li><li>Stains and damages notified by the Service Provider in advance<\/li><\/ul><p>The Service Provider shall inform the Client of the expected outcome and any associated risks.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3.3 Order Record \u2013 Service Ticket<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">The Service Provider issues a <strong>service ticket<\/strong> for every order, which contains the following information:<\/p><ul><li>the Service Provider\u2019s and the Client\u2019s details<\/li><li>Order date and identification number<\/li><li>Description, quantity and condition of the items received<\/li><li>Type of service and completion deadline<\/li><li>Prices, comments, quality remarks.<\/li><\/ul><p>The service ticket serves as proof of the contract and as the primary document for any complaints.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3.4 Refusal of Service<\/h3><p>The Service Provider may refuse to undertake the service if:<\/p><ul><li>The textile is heavily soiled, poses an infection risk, or is foul-smelling.<\/li><li>There is no care (KRESZ) label, or the material cannot be safely treated<\/li><li>The Client does not accept the prerequisites.<\/li><li>The Service Provider is technologically unable to guarantee the expected outcome.<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3.5 Return and Release of Items<\/h3><p>Completed items can be released as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Upon presentation of the service ticket.<\/li><li>By means of identification if the ticket is lost (name, address, description of the garments)<\/li><\/ul><p> In case of a lost receipt, a report will be prepared, which must be signed by the recipient. The Service Provider may hand over the goods to the person presenting the receipt without verifying their identity.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">3.6 Payment<\/h3><p>The Client shall pay the fee for the service:<\/p><ul><li>Pay in cash or by bank card upon completion.<\/li><li>It can also be settled by advance bank transfer (by arrangement).<\/li><\/ul><p>The Service Provider shall provide a VAT invoice upon request in all cases.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"aszf-4\"><h2 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4. The Service Provider\u2019s liability, warranty and indemnification<\/h2><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.1 General Professional Obligations<\/h3><p>The Service Provider undertakes to clean the textiles, footwear and carpets entrusted by the Client with the care reasonably expected, in accordance with professional standards, using up-to-date technology and appropriate chemical agents.<\/p><ul><li>Preservation of the textiles\u2019 condition, shape and durability.<\/li><li>Treatment at low temperatures<\/li><li>Adherence to the care instructions (KRESZ label), if available<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.2 Procedure According to the Care Label (KRESZ) and Deviations<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">The Service Provider shall perform the cleaning operations in accordance with the markings on the care label (KRESZ) affixed to the garment. <strong>(The term \u201cKRESZ\u201d derives from the abbreviation of the Light Industry Clothing and Contract Industry Cooperative, and colloquially refers to the care label sewn into garments, which contains washing, ironing, drying and dry-cleaning instructions.)<\/strong> Any deviation from these instructions is permitted only with the Client\u2019s written consent.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.3 Risk Assumed in the Absence of a Care Label<\/h3><p>If the garment has no care label:<\/p><ul><li>The Service Provider shall warn the Client.<\/li><li>It notes \u201ccare label missing\u201d on the service ticket.<\/li><li>The Client assumes the risk.<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.4 Limitations of the Service<\/h3><p>The Service Provider shall not be liable in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>Removal of original stains, damages, or fading is not possible.<\/li><li>Hidden defects, wear and manufacturing defects.<\/li><li>Damage to buttons, embellishments, zippers, or glued components.<\/li><li>Color fading, color bleeding in mixed garments.<\/li><li>Special treatments not indicated when the item is unsuitable.<\/li><li>Garments that are worn-out or in unsuitable condition.<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.5 Lost, swapped, or destroyed textiles<\/h3><p>Compensation shall be paid if any item received is lost, swapped or destroyed and not returned within 60 days.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.6 Amount of Compensation<\/h3><ul><li>Within 3 months of purchase: 60%<\/li><li>Within 30 months of purchase: 40%<\/li><li>Beyond 30 months from purchase: 20%<\/li><\/ul><p>In the absence of an invoice, the market median price shall be taken into account. The amount of compensation shall not exceed the reasonable value of the textile.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.7 In the Case of Sets and Ensembles<\/h3><p>Full compensation is payable only if every piece of the set was submitted for cleaning.\nIf only a single piece is submitted, compensation applies solely to that piece.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.8 Defective Performance and Warranty<\/h3><p>In the event of defective performance, the Client may request:<\/p><ul><li>re-cleaning.<\/li><li>refund of the service fee.<\/li><\/ul><p>The Client must prove that the disputed item was cleaned by the Service Provider. The service ticket and the identification label must be presented.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">4.9 Complaints and Documentation of Complaints<\/h3><p>The Client must notify any defect after its discovery, but no later than within 24 hours of receipt. A written record of the complaint shall be prepared.<\/p><p>In case of disputes, the Service Provider is entitled to appoint an independent expert. The cost of the examination shall be borne only if the Client accepts the result in writing.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"aszf-5\"><h2 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5. Complaints, Complaint Handling and Legal Remedies<\/h2><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5.1 Method and Deadline for Submitting a Complaint<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">The Client is obliged to report any complaints related to the performance of the service no later than <strong>24 hours<\/strong> from the receipt of the cleaned item.<\/p><p>Methods of notification:<\/p><ul><li>In person: 4032 Debrecen, B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fat 182.<\/li><li>By e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@bonnywashy.hu\">info@bonnywashy.hu<\/a><\/li><li>By phone: +36 20 555 6605<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5.2 Preparation of the Record<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">Regarding the complaint, the Service Provider prepares a <strong>report<\/strong>, which is confirmed by the Client with their signature. The report includes:<\/p><ul><li>The subject of the complaint (type of garment, nature of the defect)<\/li><li>The Client's comments<\/li><li>The date of the complaint submission<\/li><li>The Service Provider's statement and proposed solution<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5.3 Rejection of the complaint<\/h3><p>The Service Provider may reject the complaint if:<\/p><ul><li>The complaint was submitted more than 24 hours after the issue occurred<\/li><li>The complaint cannot be linked to an identifiable item (e.g., no service receipt is available)<\/li><li>The defect did not originate within the Service Provider's area of responsibility<\/li><li>The reported defect is due to a material flaw or wear and tear<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5.4 Expert examination<\/h3><p>In case of a dispute, the Service Provider is entitled to appoint an independent expert. The cost of the expert examination shall be borne by the Service Provider if the Client accepts the result in writing in advance.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5.5 Lost, exchanged, or undelivered textiles<\/h3><p>The Client is required to report any missing or incorrectly returned items at the time of collection. After leaving the premises, the Service Provider will not accept such complaints, except in cases where a report has been formally documented.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">5.6 Legal remedies<\/h3><p>In case of a rejected complaint, the Client:<\/p><ul><li>May turn to the consumer protection authority<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">May request the procedure of the Conciliation Board: <br>\nPest County Conciliation Board <br>\n1055 Budapest, Balassi B\u00e1lint street 25. <br>\nTel: +36 1 792 7881 <br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bekeltetes.hu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.bekeltetes.hu<\/a><\/li><li>May also enforce their claim before a court<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section id=\"aszf-6\"><h2 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">6. Storage fee and rules for delayed pickup<\/h2><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">6.1 The completion deadline<\/h3><p> At the time of the order, the Service Provider informs the Customer of the completion deadline for the cleaning service, which is recorded on the service receipt or in an email confirmation. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the amount of the storage fee.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: 'Bryndan Write', cursive;\">6.4 Notification of delayed pickup<\/h3><p> The Service Provider strives to send at least one notification to the Customer by email or phone in case of delayed collection.
