S Type Home Kft. is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR, as it does not carry out regular and extensive monitoring or data processing activities based on sensitive data that would necessitate such an appointment.

External service providers used by BonnyWashy Laundry (e.g., hosting providers) have access only in a limited manner to the technical operation and secure running of the website. The processing of personal data is restricted to the fulfillment of the specific service, takes place in a closed system, and covers only the technical operations strictly necessary for the operation. The service provider processes data according to its own general terms and conditions and privacy statement, which comply with GDPR requirements.
